  14. I'm looking for an Austel-approved modem with excellent sound quality 
  15. for use in a voice-mail application (using 4 bit ADPCM.) From what I've 
  16. learned in this forum, it appears that all voice modems are not created 
  17. equal, and that sound quality can vary between different brands... which 
  18. brings me to my question... which brands are the best? (Or the worst?)  
  19. If you have any experiences (positive or negative) with voice modem 
  20. sound quality, I'd really like to hear from you.
